RETURNS, EXCHANGES, WARRANTIES:

If you are not pleased with your Macon Beads

purchase, simply contact us by email within

five days of delivery to arrange for a return 

and exchange or refund less shipping. 

The return must be made within 15 days of

receipt in its original condition, with receipt,

for a refund and must be sent by registered

mail (signature required) at customer cost. 

If not returned in this manner, refund or

exchange may not be permissible.

There will also be a 25% restocking fee on

all returned items.

Custom and Special Orders are non-refundable. 
Earrings are only refundable at 50% of the purchase

price.

All purchases come with a 15 day warranty

against defects.  We will respond within three

business days to repair the piece at no additional

charge to the customer.  This is not including

damage caused by the customer or any damage

that may be incurred during shipping.  If either of

the latter are the case, a $10 per hour labor charge

shall be accrued with a one hour minimum.
