RETURNS, EXCHANGES, WARRANTIES:

If you are not pleased with your Macon Beads'™
purchase, simply contact me by email within
seven days of delivery to arrange for an exchange
less shipping. No refunds.

The exchanged item must be in its original condition,
tags still attached, with receipt, in the gift box or
bag and must be sent by registered mail (signature required) in a
padded envelope or securely wrapped in a box,
at customer cost.

If not returned in this manner, exchange may not be permissible.

Custom and Special Orders and Sale items may not be exchanged.

There is no charge for resizing.
